Used to great service, this visit, not so much. Wants greeted at the vehicle, had to find a service advisor. Abnormally long wait time for a single tire replacement, about two and a half hours. App Wants greeted at the vehicle, had to find a service advisor. Abnormally long wait time for a single tire replacement, about two and a half hours. Appreciate being worked in, but if it's that long for a simple tire replacement, I feel like there's issues with that. Used to get a digital inspection with pictures and videos, didn't get that either. My TPMS light was on when leaving. Front tire pressures were low. Spare was low. Rear tires were high. Hope, my advisor was nice, but the overall experience was just eh. More
These good folks charged me $500 (2 hours of tech labor, I think) to change one front wheel bearing on a Chrysler Crossfire. In checking what the usual charges are for this service on Hemmings and several other similar websites, I learned that I was charged about double what it should have been. Car was slightly damaged in the parking lot. Since it was minor, I ran it through my insurance and Traveler's will send them a bill. Asked them to put 33 psi in rear and 32 psi in front. The tire pressure warning light was on all the way back to my house. I checked the pressures myself and all 4 tires had about 38 psi. Way too much. This is an incompetent ripoff shop and I'll never be back. Don't subject yourself to this nightmare "business". More

Was told service would take 3 to 4 hours. Ended up at 5 1/2 hours. Engine code scanner was down then tech took lunch and my car sat. Ended up at 5 1/2 hours. Engine code scanner was down then tech took lunch and my car sat. More
