I even bring my non-VW cars to this service department. They get my vehicle in quickly, listen to my concerns, run thorough tests, and the pricing is usually better than fair. They don't nickel-and-dime me like previous dealerships have. John Maxwell, leadership author, writes that at the end of the day we all want to do business with those we know and like. Helped me when they were booked! Jack and Vu provided excellent customer service. I didnt' have a scheduled appointment and I needed a tail light replaced, so that I wouldn't get stop Jack and Vu provided excellent customer service. I didnt' have a scheduled appointment and I needed a tail light replaced, so that I wouldn't get stopped on the highway. I no longer live in the area and the technicians were booked last Saturday afternoon. Vu fixed my tail light himself without an appointment and washed my car. He's helped me in the past and I always ask for him! Every employee that I came in contact with was pleasant. The sugar cookie was a plus! Thank you so much! More
