Due to circumstances, I had to wait a couple days, but he was able to secure my car and made the extra effort to keep me updated until I could make it back in there. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. As a person with below average credit, the financing part made me extremely nervous, but John Hiatt went above and beyond. He was empathetic and not once made me feel like less of a customer because of my credit situation.
