She is pleasant, helpful, and a no pressure saleswoman. She has always shown genuine concern for me as a buyer. I just traded a 2007 VW Passat Wagon with 200,000 miles. We loved our Passat and we owe it's long life to good engineering and the meticulous care managed by our Tom Wood Service Rep, Jon Dwyer. Jon is the best! AMAZING! AWESOME! This was the best and most fun I have ever had buying a car! Most people would dread the process, but everything went so smoothly.
