Since writing this, my car has had to go back to your service center TWICE (including as I write this). Prior to taking it in for the initial service, it wasn't leaking oil. Now, it is. Puddles under the car when parked in the garage and at my place of employment. I had to cancel a family vacation and quit a class to pay for the pricey repairs your team apparently didn't get right the first time. You want to fix this? Refund some of that cost. We absolutely did not get what we paid for. If we had, the car wouldn't be leaking oil and wouldn't have had to go back to the dealer twice.

Hi Kent, I emailed Stephan Pavicic multiple times, left voicemails and there is no response. He should have at least called me back with my concerns about detailing the car when i complained. This is my third email to him and there is no courtesy response as well. I got your voicemail and I called your number multiple times on 8/27/2019, left a voicemail but never heard back from you. I have the car and will hate Tom wood VW as long as i have it with me if there is no response from your team (your response could be positive or negative, it doesnt matter, just response is all i ask).
