Brian from the service Dept, took really good care of my son's R line Jetta. John is awesome John is just different in that he isn't the typical salesperson. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything as he listened to my needs/wants John is just different in that he isn't the typical salesperson. For those that don't like the car buying process, I would highly recommend John as his primary goal is to simply help his clients make a great decision. His other great attribute is his product knowledge. He didn't overwhelm me with details, but when I had questions, he was super great with help. If I could give him 6 stars I would.
