I would give them zero stars if I could! My mother was left stranded in their lot with a dead battery after coming to pick up her car from being serviced. After standing there crying and distraught because she needed to get back to work they treated her like she was annoying and a bother. They told her to make another appointment to get a new battery. When she finally got to work they called and rudely demanded her credit card number to pay more for the battery replacement and when she asked for the total multiple times the receptionist finally told her it was $210!!!!! They had text her previously that it was $60 to replace a battery!!! My mother is a nurse who is hard-working and a front-worker. Thanks for treating her like garbage! I’m sure if my husband or another man was there this would be a different story. The plan was to purchase a new car from them soon, but now she will gladly go elsewhere and we will everyone we know not to go here. More

The people and service itself is good. BUT when I service my Impala it takes forty-five minutes to an hour for oil/filter change and tire rotation. Tom Wood's mechanics take two, yes, 2 hours for a simple o my Impala it takes forty-five minutes to an hour for oil/filter change and tire rotation. Tom Wood's mechanics take two, yes, 2 hours for a simple oil change. In the day, it took me, yes a female, 20-30 minutes. Thank God the lounge is comfortable and eating places are a quick walk. First time vacuuming and car wash wasn't done. More
