My experience with the staff at Tom Wood was excellent, everyone I interacted with from the sales team to the finance department were friendly, professional and attentive. At no point did i feel pressured by any of the staff, and Lauren and Mark went the extra mile to help me locate and reserve the exact GTI I was looking for before it even arrived on site at their dealership. Considering the scarcity of new vehicle inventory all over the country, the fact they only charged MSRP with no mark up was amazing! The entire process to test drive and purchase the car the day it was available took a whopping 90 minutes, which must be a record for the fastest sale ever!
