Honest, fair, trustworthy Mark Jones is an amazing individual and VW sales person! I live in Lexington, KY and had twice tried to buy a VW from the Lexington VW dealer, but the Mark Jones is an amazing individual and VW sales person! I live in Lexington, KY and had twice tried to buy a VW from the Lexington VW dealer, but they gave me the run around, tried to switch prices, and were very difficult to deal with. After doing a 500 mile radius search, I found the car I wanted on the Tom Wood Noblesville VW website. When I called the main number, Mark (not a receptionist) actually answered the phone! After a couple of conversations and and emails, we reached an extremely good price on the VW, I put down a deposit, and the next weekend my wife and I drove 3.5 hours to Noblesville to pick up the VW. The car was exactly as represented, the paperwork was quickly completed, and Mark did exactly what he said he would do. When we signed the paperwork, Andy Skinner (Finance & Sales Manager), didn't try to tack any extras on or give us a hard time about buying more warranties, insurance or the usual stuff that dealers try to add on. Andy is very friendly, personable, and knows his job. Over the years I have bought quite a few cars and this was the best dealership experience I've ever had. And Mark has followed up with us several times to see if the VW is ok and to make sure we were satisfied. Indeed we are! We highly recommend Tom Wood VW Noblesville! More
