My only struggle is how long it takes from start to finish. We knew exactly what we wanted. We told them ahead of time. I’m glad I went to Tom Wood VW. They got some good deals. And besides, German engineering is way much better than Korean anyway. I give them 5 Stars. More

My experience at this dealership was anything but that! Alex Bell was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful from the moment I entered the Tom Wood Noblesville dealership. The entire process was very honest and transparent. Alex even drove an hour and a half to help me finish the paperwork when I was without a vehicle. Seriously A+ customer service! Would shop here again in a heartbeat. More
