Tom Wood’s Deshawn met me when I arrived for an unscheduled visit to the service area for a problem with my vehicle. He listened to my problem and was able to get my vehicle inspected within 2 hour unscheduled visit to the service area for a problem with my vehicle. Thanks to his hard work I got my vehicle back when he had told me it would be ready. He also drove my vehicle to the waiting area to give it back to me. That is what I appreciate about Tom Wood and Deshawn in the service department! More

Usually quick and keeps you upto date on what is being looked at for the vehicle, second time they have not done a complementary wash even when it’s on the service report.
