Tom Wood’s Deshawn met me when I arrived for an unscheduled visit to the service area for a problem with my vehicle. He listened to my problem and was able to get my vehicle inspected within 2 hour unscheduled visit to the service area for a problem with my vehicle. He listened to my problem and was able to get my vehicle inspected within 2 hours after I left it at the dealership. Thanks to his hard work I got my vehicle back when he had told me it would be ready. He also drove my vehicle to the waiting area to give it back to me.
