My repair experience with customer service rep Nick Coulbern was outstanding. After I winced at the proposed price of a new tire, he found me a less expensive one. He also told me I can order a new Prius via the dealership. I was promptly greeted when I arrived and was treated politely. The work was finished before the promised time and under the initial cost estimate. The upstairs waiting area (with coffee service) was clean, spacious and comfortable.
