Everything was great except my husband was the one who waited for the car. He is crippled and limps with a cane. When he paid he was handed the paperwork and told that the car was “up front”. After limping past seven cars waiting for service he found our car parked on the side of the building behind another car. The doors were locked and he couldn’t get in. So he had to limp back to the service desk and ask for the fob. It was found hanging two service desks down from where he’d gotten the paperwork. He was not happy! More

Had great service this time and each time I take my car there. Brandon Morning was fantastic about getting me in and out in a timely fashion. We purchased a new 2019 Outback from this dealership three years ago. Since that time our experience has been mostly positive. Service personnel have been knowledgeable and helpful. Our only less than positive experience was when we made an appointment specifically to have our brake pads replaced, only to get there and find out that they were out of brake pads. We were inconvenienced by having to take time out of our busy schedule to return a second time to have this work performed. More
