They are friendly, but that's about it. The service manager is horrible, the techs and service advisers know very little about cars in general and have extremely shoddy troubleshooting methodologies. manager is horrible, the techs and service advisers know very little about cars in general and have extremely shoddy troubleshooting methodologies. I have an issue with an imbalance in the drivetrain, and they were stumped after 4 service appointments where they were STILL trying to rule out tires. Their customer service approach hinges on smiles and fake friendliness, but the service is just not there. More
