I am from out of state and needed an oil change for my Subaru. Not knowing where to go I decided to go to the Subaru dealership. I went to Tom Wood Subaru today for an oil change and upon inspection it turned out I needed the differential fluid changed too. It’s six years old so I’m not surprised. Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. We also found that I needed an alignment ( which I expected from some serious pot holes). Camryn also helped me reset some of my computer settings since I messed them up when attempting this myself. More

I was loaned a vehicle. I picked up the car on Saturday. The process was smooth. The part was likely defective, and Subaru picked up the bill except for a $100 deductible. More
Service Advisor Fredo Rodriguez and Tech Kyle Woods saved the day. My car had to be towed to this dealer to fix an issue that Meineke in Indy created and could not fix which left my car undriveable. I was in town from Wisconsin and was hopeful that they could squeeze me in on December 23rd after Meineke wasted half a day getting it to Subaru. Thankfully they were able to get me in, correct the issue and get me on my way back home the day before Christmas Eve. Huge thanks to Kyle for finding the issues and correcting them and for Fredo to get me in and a ride from my hotel to the deelership. Both employess went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
