We have used Tom Sparks Auto's service department for years and we are happy to say we've taken the next step and purchased a car there as well. We were allowed to test drive the car by ourselves which was so nice since we could actually talk about what we liked and didn't like without a constant sales pitch. This simple gesture, trusting the customer, speaks volumes about the business and Tom Sparks was actually in the shop and stopped us to thank us for the business. USUALLY.. They told me that there is nothing that they could about it. I had to repay someone else to do the job that I paid Tom sparks to do. Never again will I buy from them.
