USUALLY.. They told me that there is nothing that they could about it. I had to repay someone else to do the job that I paid Tom sparks to do. Never again will I buy from them. We were looking for a used Honda Odyssey, and this dealership came up. We enjoyed Brad's campy video showing off the van. They were up front with work they had done on the car before putting it up for sale, and about how they purchased vehicles for resale. The sale was handled expertly, and the staff pointed us to the local custard stand for afterward. There has been follow up about the vehicle, even though we live a ways from them. Tom Sparks Auto is the only place I will now use! My car was stalling at about 5:30pm, and I called Tom Sparks to see if I could drop off my car and get a ride to Sycamore. Although I know that I was being a bit of a burden and was embarrassed I had to ask, the folks at Tom Sparks were so comforting. One worker agreed to give me a ride home and talked to me on the way back about possible things that could be wrong with my car and how they could fix it. Throughout the next day, workers from Tom Sparks kept me updated on where they were at in fixing my car, and now it drives with no problems.
