Dan spent a lot of time going over the different cars they had, the type of car I felt I wanted, what my budget could handle...he knew exactly what I was looking for. I test drove a couple cars and when I sat in the 2013 Buick Regal, I knew "this was the car for me!" I believe Dan knew it too when he first showed it to me. The employees were, to a person, kind, understanding, and professional in helping us decide what our next steps should be. We have used Tom Sparks Auto's service department for years and we are happy to say we've taken the next step and purchased a car there as well. We were allowed to test drive the car by ourselves which was so nice since we could actually talk about what we liked and didn't like without a constant sales pitch. This simple gesture, trusting the customer, speaks volumes about the business and Tom Sparks was actually in the shop and stopped us to thank us for the business. We'll be back for service and likely to buy another car somewhere down the road. More
