Just a very relaxed, friendly, fair and fun way to take the tedious task of buying a car to a new level. Living in Wisconsin makes it a bit difficult to manage a "close" relationship, such as vehicle maintenance, but when it comes to finding some "pearls" I have no problems driving 100+ miles (one way).
