This was my first service visit to Tom Roush. I did not have an appointment, but that was not a problem. I explained to Brian that I was having some issues with my SYNC and he did a great job of explaining have an appointment, but that was not a problem. I explained to Brian that I was having some issues with my SYNC and he did a great job of explaining the process to getting that corrected. The only thing that I would recommend is going over the service done to the car. I previously owned a Ford Explorer and the dealership that I had it serviced would go over the service being completed. More
Joe Rynard was extremely helpful and kind. There was a slight miscommunication which Susie Roush quickly corrected and we are in the process of aligning and figuring out the best way to move forward. I have always returned to the dealership for all my repairs and upkeep to my 2005 Mazda -6. The work has always been timely and efficent and reasonably priced for the majority of the work. Your dealership has always been customer friendly. Stan did an excellent job making sure that all my concerns were addressed. He was very diligent in finding a solution to my car's problem.
