I had to come back to the Dealership 3 times ,a bad speaker I could understand but bad O2 sensor.bad brakes and rotors is unacceptable. When I had the car less than a month and was told I have to pay a speaker I could understand but bad O2 sensor.bad brakes and rotors is unacceptable. When I had the car less than a month and was told I have to pay a $100.00 deductible. I complained of the O2 sensor twice but it was reset then the service light continued to come on and I had autozone reset it every other day , the car would shake every time it drove on the highway and when I brake. It was very inconvenient to have to drive out there more than 3 times considering its a 30 minute. I was supposed to have a person drop my car off and pick up the rental because he stays close to me, well even though he had my car I didn't get it back that night cause he says his phone died and when I picked it up he insisted that he put gas in it but I had filled up prior to going out there and my tank was full upon arrival when I left my tank was right above a quarter of a tank More
I stopped in on a Wednesday for a oil change and tire rotation. Didn't have a reservation and they were very busy. They were able to work me in and said it would be an hour or more wait. I went into Tom Roush for a scheduled oild change, and for them to look at a problem with my passenger airbag occasionally not turning on when someone was sitting in the passenger seat. The staff was ver for them to look at a problem with my passenger airbag occasionally not turning on when someone was sitting in the passenger seat. The staff was very friendly and informative, and while they completed the oil change, they could not get the airbag to replicate the problem I was having and recommended if it happened again I come in before turning the car off. Overall I was pleased with the work, as I cannot blame them for the airbag not showing the problem. More
