I gave the rating I did because this is the 5th vehicle form multiple dealers that I have purchased and it was by far the smoothest transaction on a vehicle purchase we have ever done. I was helping my son who is a United States Marine purchase a vehicle and help him to build and establish credit. Jeff Pratt was very easy to work with and was able to converse well with my son based purchase a vehicle and help him to build and establish credit. Jeff Pratt was very easy to work with and was able to converse well with my son based on his prior military service. I got the vehicle I wanted and Jeff provided two different pricing options that gave me the pricing I needed. Overall my experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend or use Jeff for my vehicle needs in the future. More

Used Saturday morning service for oil change/tire rotation.. Was able to make an appointment late on Friday but still get squeezed in. Needed to have front brake job as well while there. Nice to have 2 different comfortable waiting areas available with free coffee, tv and wifi. Service took a little longer than expected (this does tend to happen a bit at Tom Roush) but I always get a little bit extra discount or some type of throw in if it takes longer than necessary along with apology. Will continue to service my Mazda 6 here even though it is past warranty. May not be the absolute cheapest but always high quality and I have piece of mind that vehicle was been checked and maintained correctly. More
The dealer was close too home and the sales people were nice and friendly, all of whom seemed to be real fans of the brand and happy to share their insight, without any negative talk of other brands. Styling, Gas mileage an price along with the nicest staff you'll ever buy a car from made my purchase of the CX5 a very pleasant experience. More
My whole family has bought/leased cars from Tom Roush for years. This includes our son, Keith, grandsons Jared and Jordan McDaniel and our daughter, Lynn Dieren. We have always used Brent because he understands our needs and does his best to be helpful when we are ready to buy or trade. Our remaining grandson, Nick Dieren, hasn't dealt with Roush directly but is now driving a Mazda that he bought from his mother, who bought it from Roush. We consider Brent a friend and trust him to treat us well. Others at the dealership have also been helpful and friendly. More

Selecting our new Mazda5 at Tom Roush last January was a pleasure with our sales person Armando Lopez—no pressure, honest, good hearted peson. Our experience actually purchasing the car was another experien pleasure with our sales person Armando Lopez—no pressure, honest, good hearted peson. Our experience actually purchasing the car was another experience. The "manager", Rex, used all the sales "tricks" to sweeten the pot to get us to purchase the car—something he didn't need to do. We decided to purchase the car and the price was right for us. They insisted on doing all the 'smoke and mirror" on us. Like telling us they were giving us a lots for our trade-in when we new it was not worth that much. To make it even more of a "sales hook" to buy...they told me they had a university discount for IU faculty. I even signed a university form stating I received a discount. They also hurried to make sure we drove home with our new car that night—9pm. At home I reviewed the sales receipt, there was no "IU discount" listed. It showed the larger than expected trade in amount but no faculty discount. I called and questioned them on this. In my eyes they forgot to give us the discount. In the end...it was revealed to me that "everyone wants to feel they get lots for their trade in" but our car was NOT really worth that..so they subtracted my faculty discount out of the trade in. THey lied to us!! THe sad part is we were ok with getting less for our trade-in. THey didn't need to do that and only caused us to be angry about not being honest on their bill of sale. I'm sure there was an underlying reason why they manipulated the numbers the way they did—meeting sales quotas, bonuses etc. But at the end, it's not rocket science to add up a bill of sales and there was NO IU faculty discount given to me. I met with the owner and discussed the situation...just to get it out our my system. He say he would get back to me. A week later he wrote me an e-mail stating they did noting wrong but they would put a $100 credit on our service bill. They did give us a discount on a sunroof installation and that service was done well. We are ready to purchase another Mazda for our son, we will NOT go back to Tom Roush. They have lost my trust.
