They took very good care of us and we will definitely continue taking our Lincoln Navigator back to them. Appointment was for 7:30 AM - first in line. Service took a little longer than expected. Front-end whine in cold weather turned out to be due to worn pulley-belt (Power Steering). Belt was not stocked and had to wait 2-1/2 hours for tech to obtain belt. General service plus replacement of belt totaled 4-1/2 hours. Got to watch the World Cup and enjoyed the coffee machine! More
Service took a little longer than I was told for the first portion of the service. (I had them change the battery).
