At first I was pretty happy with my salesman, David, as he was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and attentive to everything we needed. The Sales Manger was slightly insulting when he acted as I didn’t k he was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and attentive to everything we needed. The Sales Manger was slightly insulting when he acted as I didn’t know anything about vehicles. The Finance Manager was wonderful, he funny, sincere and to the point. He got out there as fast as he could. Now, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, we had a very obnoxious noise coming from under the steering wheel after starting it. It sounded like a winding electric motor that wouldn’t stop. First I do want to make sure I let you know that I did but it as is. I thought I was safe with dealing with a big name dealership. After a couple days of calling my salesman, he set me up with their service department. Their first attempt to schedule service for me was 6 weeks out. I advise them that I didn’t just buy a vehicle from them to let it sit somewhere for 6 weeks. After looking a little harder they told me I could drop it there and they would get to in about a week. A day before they were suppose to work on it, I had a representative call me to give me an update. At that time I was impressed with their professionalism. They did tell me that the could not get it to replicate the noise that they heard on the video I sent them. They told me they would try the next day to see if they could get it to do it when it was first thing in the morning. That was about a week and half ago. I’ve call 3 days in a row now. Left messages with multiple people and have not received a call back. They have definitely lost my respect. I tried give constructive criticism here in efforts to help them improve on their service they are providing. Amendment: I had a GM (Andy) contact me first thing this morning. He did take measures to dive into this and help me resolve the issues I was having. As a business owner myself, I understand that we can not control every situation to result in the initial outcome we want. However, the efforts he put forth to resolve this were greatly appreciated and as I would do myself. Thank you! More
