He had great history on the vehicle which helps a lot. The person who traded the car we bought is a returning customer also. To me that speaks volumes. We got a decent trade value for our vehicle and have continued support from Randy. More

We were very satisfied with the service of the staff, particularly Randy Hohensee, the Sales Manager. We purchased a 2014 Ford Edge and have been very pleased with the overall performance of the vehicle. The service we have received at the Clinton dealership has been nothing short of efficient and courteous. It is a pleasure to stop in and visit, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. More

Fast and friendly Just purchase a new 2014 Ford Fusion. Tom Peck didn't have what I want on the lot but three days later it arrived and it was exactly what I wanted. Ra Just purchase a new 2014 Ford Fusion. Tom Peck didn't have what I want on the lot but three days later it arrived and it was exactly what I wanted. Randy took the time to listen to my needs and was able find what I wanted. I was in desperate need of a car since my old car needed a new transmission and I had to share a car with my wife. I came in on a Monday and on Wednesday of that week I receive a phone call that my car had arrived. Best car experience I've every had. This was the second car I have purchased from Tom Peck Ford and Randy Hohensee. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a car to stop by Tom Peck Ford. I did and it was the best decision I made. When contacting them every call got a different answer to my questions. No one knows what the other is doing at this lot. AVOID at all costs We have purchased many cars to be shipped and this was the WORST experience ever. Will Never buy a car from these people again. Save yourself some frustration and avoid dealing with them. More

P 2003 Pontiac Vibe, Quite a few months ago I ended my grueling search for a car by buying a 2003 Pontiac Vibe from Tom Peck Ford in Clinton, WI. Part of what made this task so tiresome was my relatively low budget, and that it seems most dealerships are employed by a**#(&^* (to be blunt). I called and emailed countless dealerships, and most acted as though it was a chore to even talk to me, let alone get me information about the car I was inquiring about. Then of course there was the stereotypical salesman that tried to upsell me to something far out of my price range. I played phone tag, dealt with people that seemed to run chop shops, was laughed at for thinking I could get a car for the price I wanted, watched hundreds of cars on eBay, and still had nothing to show for it. However, there was one person I dealt with that made me think maybe buying a car didn't have to be worse than pulling teeth. I found a listing of AutoTrader that seemed to be just what I was looking for. I emailed Randy Hohensee asking if my price could be met, and he got back to me soon saying he could. This was going well, but I had been here before only to discover the car was a piece of junk. I asked about the condition and the transmission, and I was assured that everything checked out. I was getting hesitantly more excited. It seemed that if the test drive went well I would be buying this car. I got everything money related in order, and after some pleading was able to secure a friend (and his pregnant fiance) to ride up there with me in case I did buy the car. A couple hiccups with my friend and his availability and some bumbling calls asking Randy exactly what I needed to do and bring later and we were on our way. We got there just before closing, but I was assured by Randy that it was okay for us to take it for a test drive for as long as we needed and that there was no hurry. We got the keys and drove for quite a while. We sat for quite a while. Idled, revved, turned everything on and off, looked everything over inside and out, pretended we knew what we were doing when we looked at the engine, and just discussed general opinions on everything about the car. Randy even let us borrow a cordless drill battery charger (we wondered why that was in his office) to test the AC outlet out. Every little defect was noticed (there were very few, and most were just ding or scratches that no one should really care about. I mean this thing is hurtling around the earth at 65 MPH for hours at a time things are going to get a little scuffed.) and nothing was setting off any red flags or any other shade of flag. It looked like I was finally going to have a car. We stepped inside to let Randy know I was ready to buy. He didn't start a sales pitch he just went and got the necessary paperwork and went through it with me. We chit chatted a little bit, but the big moment came when I got to bang the gong. It might be a gimmick, but the xxxx if I wasn't going to hit that thing off the hooks. It resonated all the way as we walked out to the parking lot. It was there we discovered the cordless drill was for putting on temporary license plates. We kept jibber jabbering outside, and I sort of can't remember the details because I was elated. I know I made mention of how impressed I was with him, and how I would write a glowing report about him for his outstanding work. I then drove the Vibe home and was just awash in euphoric thoughts. It never felt so good to be behind the wheel, and I basically metaphorically drove off into the sunset. But, I never fulfilled my promise to Randy. I plan to correct that today with this review. The entire process was just so painless; especially in comparison to all the terrible people I dealt with beforehand. There was no trying to convince me into a new Ford Focus. No surprise fees or taxes or charges. I never felt pressured in any way. He was laid back, but helpful as can be. Basically, if I could I would buy every car I ever buy from him. Unfortunately, I'm not really a Ford kind of guy, but still you get trade-ins, right? So yeah, that's my story. I know this comes late. He might not even remember me, but I'll long remember what a nice, professional and dedicated guy he was simply because he stood out among all the as*^%!@. Keep this guy, promote this guy, do something nice for him, anything. He deserves it. Regards, David Stoner 2003 Pontiac Vibe More
