I’ve never really in my 30 years of living felt like I was treated poorly because of the color of my skin until today 3/12/21 at Tom Peacock Nissan. I went to the service/parts department to purchase a silicon key fob cover and a keychain. I walked up to the counter where the two items I still decided to purchase after feeling like shyt and treated like I was a thief from one of the employees behind the counter who never asked if I needed any assistance until I proceeded back to the front of the building to see where I should pay for my items to the employee saying hey sir do you plan on paying for that. Absolutely I had planned to pay for it I just didn’t know where to pay for it at since he was preoccupied with a female acquaintance who eventually left and he then got up and left me standing at the counter for another five minutes without even offering to check me out. I’m so mind blown because I’ve never been treated like this before or felt the way this guy made me feel. I will take my maintenance service fulfillment to another dealership definitely not one owned by Tom Peacock. What a tragedy. I’m extremely disappointed and hurt. More

First time to visit Tom Peacock service department. I was impressed with the service staff directing and working on the wait time on cars needing service. Nestor Cardona assisted with my Nissan Kick mai was impressed with the service staff directing and working on the wait time on cars needing service. Nestor Cardona assisted with my Nissan Kick maintenance issue. He stated that his maintenance staff may be able to repair issue Saturday and not have to wait until Monday. Left the car and Nestor called with the repair issue and cost. He stated car would be ready by 2:00 pm and it was. Picked-up the car, left the dealership service department a satisfied customer. Nestor was very clear with his assessment of the repair and time frame. Very professional and experienced staff in your service department. More
