"Great experience" my 1st Nissan with service advisor Oswaldo, this guy was well trained with a lot of info! He made me feel comfortable. They even made should that you don't trip over the striped curve in the garage! They sent a porter named Axle to pick to get my car and he had to pick up another client that 84 years old, he was gentlemen and assisted the lady in the vehicle Wow! I the service Director Scott these are real trained but more important was that they their job servicing the the customer! The only thing I would call a issue @Tom Peacock Nissan is to at least have bottle water in lobby or waiting room on 100% days in Texas! More
