I went change the oil, rotate tires and inspection on Tuesday! I was told my front driver's tire rotated from the back, noe in front had a nail! I was worried so I had the tire checked somewhere else and Tuesday! I was told my front driver's tire rotated from the back, noe in front had a nail! If you need repairs done, I suggest you go elsewhere. My car was brought in a few days before Halloween (10/31/2022.) It is now 11/29/2022 and my car isn't ready. I'm not sure why they have offices, because every time you call they're NEVER in them. Nobody ever reached out with updates or anything until I started calling 2nd week of November. ADRIAN in the BODY SHOP is my "adjuster" who eventually told me the car would be ready Friday, 11/18/2022. (Imagine 20 days with not 1 call about your car, A COURTESY CALL should be a requirement.) I call on Friday, Adrian tells me it should be ready the next day. Monday, 11/21/2022 I call again, same thing. Wednesday, 11/23/2022 around 2pm Adrian said he would give me an update before the day is over. I call back at about 4pm and Adrian suddenly has left for the Thanksgiving weekend. CHRISTINA, seemed to go blank when I asked for an HR number or complaint line. CHRISTINA put me on hold for about 2 minutes JUST TO TELL ME THE MANAGERS NAME. I'm not sure how you work somewhere and have no knowledge of your managers name that it took a minute to only find a name. HOWEVER, I got in contact with Edward the "manager" and him and CHRISTINA both accused insurance of sending used parts which is causing the delay. I reach out to insurance for a rental and they were just as shocked as me that the vehicle hasn't been repaired. Someone decided to tell the Insurance company the truth, THEY FORGOT TO ORDER AND REPLACE ONE OTHER PART. So instead of admitting their wrong-doing I've been given the runaround and the blame was placed elsewhere. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE. THE BODY SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS A LIVING xxxx! They charge you an arm and a leg and then have the nerves to charge a $37 fee or 3% upcharge to use your card as paymwnt.
