This had to be the most unorganized deal I’ve ever made. I made at least 4 trips, 45min from my home to the dealership to sign papers because they were never ready when I got there. Then in my contract they I made at least 4 trips, 45min from my home to the dealership to sign papers because they were never ready when I got there. Then in my contract they added a service plan that I specifically asked if it could be used at any Nissan dealership and was told yes. What they didn’t tell me was that to use it at another dealership I would have to pay 1/2 the price which came to a little over $60 for an oil change & tire rotation. What’s the point in paying almost $2,000 for a service contract that I have to drive 45min past 3 Nissan dealerships in order to use it. Then I was told that they would give me 2 tanks of gas for all of my trouble that I did get 1 tank of gas and when I went to get my oil changed asked to go ahead and get the second tank of gas and was told it had been 3-4 months since I bought the car so they probably couldn’t do it. I was shocked and appalled when my saleDamion came and told me that it had been too long to collect on the tank of gas promised for all of my trouble. Basically that told me, we’ve already got your money and don’t really care if you are happy with the service now. There was never anything said about having to get the gas within a certain amount of time. On top of all of this they had me driving on an expired dealer tag because the paperwork was never ready and no one mentioned that they needed to put a new dealer tag on it. I figured it out when I got pulled over and the cop was nice enough to laugh it off and let me go with a “ya better head to the dealer & get your tags haha.” I signed my paperwork online and was never sent a copy of all of my paperwork and the receptionist has a horrible idea of what customer service is. On a couple of my many trips to sign the paperwork she would make comments like “we all have a job” or “everyone has to work.” Well when I work 12hrs, drive 30-45min to run in & sign papers, that were never ready, and then drive another 30-45min home just to have to be back up to get ready for work in 5 hours multiple times is ridiculous. This dealership has little to no customer service skills and they leave out details just to get the sale or collect more money. More

The worst place ever. From the start I had an awful experience. I called several times and the sales associate hung up on me. Once you sign buy a car you are useless to them. Now i have to deal with another issue and yet no one knows what they are doing. Why must a be ugly and yell. The head manager of the financial department was rude af didn't surprise me. This place is a joke and very deceiving. RUN WALK AWAY DO NOT TRUST WALTER OR ANY OTHER MANGER. 11/10/23 Once again you guys did it again. You cant print a copy of my moms paper work. My aunt and my mother when to clear things up again and yet again more lies after lies. She and my aunt where literally there all day and yet no one could help. You wanted my mom to sign a new contract and then you will let her know where her money is at? Is that okay for and elderly women. You asked to call and help yet she went and you wanted her to sign another contact. . And the director of sales insulted my aunt saying she was a bad " friend" Excuses me you want my mother to sign another contract for a truck thats not worth $80k.
