This is my fourth Nissan lease and this i Peacock Nissan. We only recently moved to Texas. They are so organized and good in this service department. This is my fourth Nissan lease and this is by far the best dealership I have used for service. My lease will be up over the summer and Tom Peacock will be my first stop to look for my next car. I’m hoping the sales department is as good as the service department. More

I had a great experience with Tom Peacock Nissan, Juan worked very hard on getting me into my vehicle. my only problem was that the car I test drove was not the car they sold me and had me under the impre worked very hard on getting me into my vehicle. my only problem was that the car I test drove was not the car they sold me and had me under the impression I was getting. My wife had high hopes for a sun roof and the car we test drove had one vs the one we got did not. We reached out to our sales guy only for him to stop responding, that didn't sit to well with me because I explained to him how much she wanted that vehicle and he told me he was speaking to the sales manager and would get right back with me, it's been two weeks, don't get me wrong the car we have is a great vehicle but if I'm trusting what you tell me what you tell me at face value please hold to your word. you already got me to up my down payment by $500 dollars to save me me on the interest rate. I let you sell me that line, I knew bottom line it would be more money in you guys pocket had nothing to do with interest, if it did you would have showed me on paper. Instead you came back in with papers to sign and didn't break down how my extra $500 just saved me this much in interest rates. Bottom line is if you go here, make them stick to their word. Again, they are a great company but need a better follow up team. More

Very deceptive, unprofessional, and condescending practices. Worst car buying experience ever. The initial start of the process was fine but once I got to the finance department with said finance ma practices. Worst car buying experience ever. The initial start of the process was fine but once I got to the finance department with said finance manager Fernando everything went downhill and fast. Fernando over inflated my bottom line with unnecessary warranties and dealer add ons which were not disclosed to me at all because I would have declined them all because the vehicle I purchased was a cargo van so cosmetic warranties and dealer add ons are not needed. He didn't show me any of the documents or the work ups that was done solely on a tablet. I knew something was off because my instincts kicked in but I ignored it. And even once everything was signed and printed up he still didn't show anything he just quickly folded the documents which were half way filled out according to what's customary during this process. I even made a comment saying you all don't go over the financial contract anymore and he dismissively put the blame on Juan my sales rep saying he was responsible for that and Juan didn't mention a word about the final cost and add ons. But at this time I'm screwed because the deal is done. Next thing the vehicle I purchased was discovered to have a mechanical issue that is covered both by the 30 day warranty and the remaining manufacturer warranty. I brought up my concerns about it and was assured by my sales rep Juan to bring it and they would take care of it. This was December 26, 2023. I drove the vehicle around that night and the issue became more pronounced. By the next morning December 27, 2023 on my way back up to the dealership to discuss my concerns with the sales contract and to address the mechanical issue the van loss acceleration power and the noise from the engine became louder. Once I get to the dealership and I finally send the car to service in which they took out back there three different times and each time they say that's how the vehicle is supposed to sound and run as though I'm stupid and in addition the hood latch broke so my hood would close securely after opening. Here it is December 31, 2023 and the condition of the vehicle is declining with each drive. No the vehicle RPMs won't go past 1 even when go 50-60+ miles. I've had a mechanic come and look at the vehicle and he has confirmed that there is something definitely mechanicly wrong in which he mentioned the engines vacuum hose. This hose is said to be the main contributor in the cars lack of acceleration power as well as the airy and ticking/ knocking noise from the engine. According to him it's definitely an easy fix and he doesn't understand why they won't honor the repair under the 30 day warranty or the active manufacturer warranty. I've already paid over $6,000.00 in dealer add ons which was supposed to cover the whole certified inspection to find and repair the pre-existing mechanical issues and refinishing of the vehicle to make it re-saleable. At this point I feel violated, deceived, and disrespected as a minority female consumer. My car buying experience has been nothing but a joke and mockery to all those involved starting with Fernando, the used car sales manager, and the service mechanics who drove and looked at the vehicle only to lie and say nothing is wrong and that's how the 4 cylinder engine is supposed to sound. Even Ray Charles could hear and see something is clearly mechanically wrong and needs repairing. And what's disheartening is that I am a Nissan owner and I have been coming to Tom Peacock faithfully for over 15 months every 3-5 weeks to get my personal vehicle serviced. Now I'm having second thoughts about continuing my current business relationship with you all. But I know for sure the plans I had to come back and purchase my daughter's vehicle this year is a no go. More
