Most horrible car buying experience ever. This dealership is a SCAM and a JOKE. They did not hold up to the deal that was offered to me over the phone. Numbers were incorrect of course. called on Monday trying to speak with a manager to get it corrected but of course I was told everyone was busy. So today is Thursday and still haven't heard from anyone. Wednesday evening I called and left a message for the general manager and haven't gotten a call from him either. I'm so mad that this dealership is all about money and not customer service. My advice to any customer is not to use Tom Peacock Cadillac. It's very sad that you only want a customers money and could carless if the customer is happy. More
I was very pleased with my dealings with Tom Peacock Cadillac. My Salesperson, Boris Ackerman, was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I was buying. I purchased a Demo 2020 XT5. I drove it home without noticing that one of the car mats was missing. Boris drove 55 miles down to deliver a new set of mats at no cost extra cost. Had an appointment Saturday with John To see used car to see a 2015 Cadillac. When we arrived John did not inform us car was sold past us off like trash. There was a manager that did try to remedy the situation by Showing us another car , But no one could find the keys. I remember a Gray 2016 ATS out front and I was gonna take that for a test ride but also no one could find the keys. For a family business this is a horrible way to treat a family that Spent it's afternoon With you. I want to point out there also was a guy named Freddy that tried to make things better. I was very excited to come out there today because in July I was in a hit-and-run accident and I'm finally getting a car. Not what I expected. Final note I did not give Tom peacock 5 stars More
I went from San Antonio to Tom Peacock to buy a used Highlander that I had discussed for 3 days w Tiffany Aguirre. My financing was approved and a time set up to meet at dealer to purchase. Tom Peacock Cadillac had an " A + " rating with the BBB. And I totally "lucked out" when I walked into the showroom and was met by Boris Ackerman. Boris is a pleasure to work with. I feel that he went to extra effort to find me the color and equipment that I wanted on my 2020 XT5. He even searched dealership inventories outside the state. He assured me that he would get me the car I wanted and he did! I never felt pressured. I do believe Boris when he says that he will assist me in the future when I bring the car in for service etc. He isn't just interested in selling you a car! Ran in to some problems and "used" car salesman Dana and his supervisor Thomas were of NO help or can I say "useless"? They don't return calls and gave me run around for THREE months. So if you want to buy preowned vehicle, stay away from these two. However, you can absolutely trust Steven, the GM of Tom Peacock. He took care of my problem in ten minutes and he was very pleasant too. I would recommend this place with confidence except those two bad apples in Toms barrel of employees. More
