The appointment was easy to make (online) - the folks were ready for me upon arrival. The car was serviced (oil, filter, tire rotation, brake inspection, taillight replacement and fuel induction cleanin were ready for me upon arrival. The car was serviced (oil, filter, tire rotation, brake inspection, taillight replacement and fuel induction cleaning) quickly. I was back on the road within 2 hours. I have been going to Pappas since 2018. I was there for service and asked if I could get my car washed. They said they don’t do that anymore. While I was waiting for my car I called the Bom I was there for service and asked if I could get my car washed. They said they don’t do that anymore. While I was waiting for my car I called the Bommarito dealership just down the road. I asked if they washed the cars they serviced. They said they did and much to my amazement they told me to come by and they would wash it for me!!! I went there and they washed my Rave. I have to give a big shout out to Bommarito in St. Peter’s ! They know the meaning of customer appreciation. Any dealership can say they appreciate you but actions speak louder than words. More
