We sell a wide variety of vehicles some being Brand New from the manufacturer, some being Certified Pre-Owned, some of which being just a few years old and still having Manufacture Warranty coverage. We also sell As-Is vehicles at an affordable below market price. When you bought this vehicle, we we’re transparent in letting you know that the vehicle was pulling a code which indicated an issue to the ECM we couldn’t completely diagnose the issue because it was a Hyundai. We then suggested taking it to a Hyundai dealership for further diagnostics. We even had our service tech explain what he believed was the issue. We discounted the vehicle considering there was preexisting issue and we were uncertain as to what it was. You willingly decided to follow through with the purchase and take ownership before taking our recommendation of having it further diagnosed. After the purchase we in fact contributed an additional $1000 to help with some of the expense you were taking on. As the situation is unfortunate, we did disclose that there was an issue, and the vehicle was sold As-Is you were not forced to purchase this vehicle that is the vehicle you chose and wanted.

Your service team may have told you that they disclosed there were issues, but they did not. They insured me that the code they found was just a timing issue. I brought the car back to you all and your service team refused to look at the car they just drove it around and told me there was nothing they could do. You did not suggest me to take it to a Hyundai dealership until after I was having all my issues with the car. Every mechanic/dealership I have taken it to are shocked I bought this car from a dealership and that a dealership would sell this to anyone in the condition it was in. They also stated if your service team could not see what was wrong with it, they should not be working on any cars. You also lied to my mom and stated that I named you in this review.... You have never once called me, and I was never once given your name. I have only talked to someone named Joey I believe. I have called over and over again and get ignored every time I leave a voicemail. You sold me a car that could of cost me my life (that is coming from mechanics, not just one multiple). Instead of making excuse you all could apologies. I have put $8,000 of my own money into this car. Your service team has mis lead you and that is a shame that you allow them to act the way they do. Look at your reviews, they are all about them and how terrible they treat people. This is an unfortunate situation that unfortunately does not affect you but has put a finical burden on me that will take me years to get out of. There are two sides to every story and the story you are getting from your team is unfortunately just not the truth.
