THEY CANT FIX MY TRUCK I JUST BOUGHT FROM THEM TOM MASANO IS BY FAR THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP. I BOUGHT A 2017 FORD F150 LARIAT FULLY LOADED FOR OVER 40K AND THE TRUCK HAS BEEN BROKEN MORE THAN 5 TI TOM MASANO IS BY FAR THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP. I BOUGHT A 2017 FORD F150 LARIAT FULLY LOADED FOR OVER 40K AND THE TRUCK HAS BEEN BROKEN MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND THEY CANT FIX IT. THIS TIME MY TRUCK HAS BEEN THERE OVER 2 MONTHS. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY CALLED ME TODAY TO PICK MY TRUCK UP AND THEY CANT FIX IT, PLEASE REMEMBER I BOUGHT IT FROM THEM AND STILL HAVE A FORD WARRANTY AND I BOUGHT THE AFTER MARKET WARRANTY AS WELL. SO I WAS TOLD THEY WILL TRADE IN THE TRUCK AT WHOLESALE AND TO DO THAT I MUST BUY ANOTHER AUTOMOBILE FROM THEM. SO THEY WANT ME TO LOOSE OUT ON THE TRUCK I ALREADY BOUGHT AND THEN I MUST SPEND MORE MONEY ON A NEW AUTOMOBILE FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE. More

Too busy to respond Hard to give Masano any positive review as they refuse to get back to me. I have chatted twice with online chat, only to be told they have to consult Hard to give Masano any positive review as they refuse to get back to me. I have chatted twice with online chat, only to be told they have to consult with "Their team" which fail to get back to me. Talked twice to customer online director. First I was told salesperson would call me to answer my questions, never happened. Second time was told salesman couldn't find keys but would call me that night, never happened. It's a good thing there are plenty of dealerships that take their potential customers seriously. More

Excellent customer service and repair I have an RV on a ford chassis and my brake lines failed. I called Tom Masano truck service and Phil Williams took care of all my needs. Phil was so polite and courteous, he made me feel important. I had my RV towed there on a Thursday morning and Friday I was driving it out. Frogs love the car I bought Tom Masano will leave you out to dry as soon as you leave the lot. My car leaks and they say there is no problem. They must be frogs. Buyer Beware of Open Recalls and Lending information I just purchased a new 2017 vehicle from Tom Masano and they contacted me to come back to them to repair an open recall and they are 2 hrs away from w I just purchased a new 2017 vehicle from Tom Masano and they contacted me to come back to them to repair an open recall and they are 2 hrs away from where I live. I just had a new baby and this is a huge logistical issue with working too now. Plus driving the new vehicle down there would be additional wear and tear on the truck. I did some further research as it did not make sense to me as to why I was being told I had to bring in the vehicle to their dealership ONLY and I discovered that Tom Masano Ford is in violation of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act enforced by the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) by selling a vehicle and releasing it with open recalls. This is very dangerous to the consumer. The dealership can be subject to fines by the NHTSA for selling vehicles without properly fixing recalls, like this one that was released on April 1st prior to when we bought the vehicle (purchased in July). Our family has been at risk for weeks. It also sounds like they are trying to cover it up by not "marking the vehicle as sold in Ford's inventory" until this problem has been corrected- which they stated will prevent me from getting it serviced locally. I am assuming they haven't marked it out of inventory yet because they don't get in trouble legally or with Ford- as I am sure this is not one of their best practices and they would be alarmed to know this is occurring. I finally called a local dealer myself to properly have the issue taken care of, but they delayed my ability to fix the situation with bad information for over a week. Further, the loan that was offered by Tom Masano was given/disclosed to be at the wrong interest rate, which was close to being a violation of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) if Ford did not catch the error and notify me last week (prior to within 2 months of the loan origination). Ironically we bought this truck so it would be safer for our 2 month old daughter to travel around in and now it is not safer with this recall looming. Just be very careful of what you are buying from them! More

This was the first time I attempted to purchased a vehicle sight unseen and long distant. Mr. Sites took a video of the vehicle and sent it to me. Upon my arrival he afforded me the time to just explore the vehicle. The entire Masano team were very pleasant. After getting my vehicle home I had questions and concerns. Curtis Sites, as usual, always addressed my concerns immediately and assured me that I would learn to love my new vehicle as much as my previous. I could go on and on about this wonderful, soft spoken, intelligent salesperson.. Let me just say it was a pleasure dealing with Tom Masano Ford Lincoln. Thank you Curtis Sites for a wonderful vehicle purchase experience! More
