Dishonest Staff Purchased a car there about 8 moths ago and when I was picking it up, they mentioned in passing that the remote start had to be disconnected as they t Purchased a car there about 8 moths ago and when I was picking it up, they mentioned in passing that the remote start had to be disconnected as they thought it was draining the battery, which they replaced. I questioned how they knew it was that issue and not another electrical issue - they said they could not tell for sure but would stand behind the electrical system. Last weekend, after leaving us sit for the 3rd time in 4 weeks, I had the battery tested, it was bad, and I replaced it. I also decided to take it back to masano to have it checked. I just got a call that they cannot test everything at their shop and they would need to take it to Mazda - and there would be a charge. So not only did they give me a trashed battery - they are not standing by their word. Stay away from this place - they lie and mislead and do not care about you once you purchase. More
