Luke Crandall and his Sales Manager, Nathan Huges, were great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, and never "high pressure". They absolutely did not push us or make us feel like they were simply salesman by any means. They were normal down to earth people that I could actually communicate with. Adrienne went above and beyond with us, sending us a video of the cars interior and answering every question we had. She was new but didn’t make any mistakes on our end. The only complaint I have is one that applies for basically all dealers in 2023. I bought a Tesla. I BARELY made it to a supercharger. I had called the day before and asked to make sure it was charged (as I knew I was buying it the next day). When I arrived, it wasn’t charged so I couldn’t even really test drive it for fear it wouldn’t make it out. They have an electric vehicle plug in, but they didn’t have the adapter. Basically, dealerships need to realize that electric vehicles are the future. You have to have all the plug ins and adapters you can to make this transition smooth. There wasn’t even a charging cord in the trunk because no one checked to make sure the guy gave it to them during the sale of the car. Nothing to really complain about but just something all dealerships need to start doing. Other than that, great experience. Cannot recommend enough! More
Our salesman had terrible follow through and we chased him down to make the sale. It’s doesn’t seem like Kelley cares about selling people cars. Yes I was the impatient one at the end demanding they make this transaction speedy, I don’t have time for all the salesman talk, nor the patience for it. The only reason we buy from Kelley is the car wash feature and if it wasn’t for that feature, I WOULD definitely shop around elsewhere. More
