Jackson was fantastic! He went through the entire set-up and didn't make me feel stupid. He didn't rush and made sure that I understood everything we had just gone through. I had an appt at 7:30 in the morning to drop off my car and said I need the car back early afternoon. I had to call twice to see what was going on and was finally told around 2pm that they were in the process of diagnosing the problem. So that tells me that my car sat all morning so why schedule appts?? More

Good information. Kaleb waved as I entered the waiting room from the service desk. I had remembered him from several months earlier, as I waited for a minor warranty replacement item. We had discussed the turbo- and supercharged engine on the X90. Today I wandered outside from the service area -- after hot chocolate. Very unobtrusively, Kaleb came to my side, welcomed me, and said he would be glad to answer any questions I might have. Kaleb and I discussed some of the packages on the X90, as I had specific questions from my on-line research. He provided me with an abundance of information, finishing up our conversation indoors (as it was becoming very warm in the sun). I had a question about European delivery in Sweden, which he knew plenty about -- but he returned a little later to me with even more detailed information. I'd like to mention that Kaleb was most professional, polite, and knowledgeable about several Volvo models I inquired about. His disposition, grooming, and appropriate conduct were impressive.
