To buy A car over the internet just from a few pictures was no problem a On July 17th 2017 I Purchased a 2006 Cadillac DTS from Tom Kelly Cadillac. To buy A car over the internet just from a few pictures was no problem at all. The salesmen Bill Bodecker was very professional ,he made me feel at ease, treated me more like a good friend than a new customer who lives over 800 miles away. Bill was so thorough as he described the condition of the car from top to bottom, and made the whole process go so smoothly. The 11 year young Cadillac was delivered on July 20th. WOW is this car clean, the only way you can tell this car is 11 years old is by the millage. It still has that new car smell A very Special Thank to the hard Working Team at Tom Kelly Cadillac. Another great experience at Kelley Volvo! I'll give the highest rating possible to describe my visit today. Rob greeted me professionally, having opened the service door within ten seconds of my arrival. After the service we discussed several items regarding tire wear and nuances of the AC/Eco mode. Good information. Kaleb waved as I entered the waiting room from the service desk. I had remembered him from several months earlier, as I waited for a minor warranty replacement item. We had discussed the turbo- and supercharged engine on the X90. Today I wandered outside from the service area -- after hot chocolate. Very unobtrusively, Kaleb came to my side, welcomed me, and said he would be glad to answer any questions I might have. Kaleb and I discussed some of the packages on the X90, as I had specific questions from my on-line research. He provided me with an abundance of information, finishing up our conversation indoors (as it was becoming very warm in the sun). I had a question about European delivery in Sweden, which he knew plenty about -- but he returned a little later to me with even more detailed information. I'd like to mention that Kaleb was most professional, polite, and knowledgeable about several Volvo models I inquired about. His disposition, grooming, and appropriate conduct were impressive. Bad Business I went to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They neglected to give me a purchase agreement to take to my credit union. They made up tons of s I went to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They neglected to give me a purchase agreement to take to my credit union. They made up tons of stories why they couldn't send it over. When they finally did the sales manager James Yoder tells me that my salesperson was young and didn't know what he was talking about. I told him with all due respect he gave me the information that you told home to tell me now your switching things up. I put a deposit down on the car which it took them an entire day todo because they were too busy trying to make up reasons not to sell me the vehicle. They tried everything they could to discourage me from purchasing this vehicle to where finally they said that because I had a co signer that was NOT on my paper work they wasn't going to sell me the car because my co was not coming 88 miles with me to purchase this vehicle. My co is not on the check that I was bringing to them so why would it matter! They tried telling me that it was an Indiana law but that was not true. They then changed it up and said that it was a Kelley Cadillac policy. I asked them to provide me with this policy and they couldn't. My bank said they also asked them to provide them with that information and they told my bank that they would have the owner to type something up and they'd send it to them. My bank and I find that preposterous, down right ludicrous! They kept telling me that my bank felt the same as they did. My bank tells me that wasn't true at all. Well someone is not owning up to the truth somewhere. But what I will say is that how did this dealership know that I even had a co if they're not on the paperwork? Why would the sales manager tell me that he was the owner when clearly he is not! Tom is the president and Jim is the Vice President. He tells me that he doesn't feel comfortable selling me the vehicle. Why not I deserve an explanation. My banks says they have never seen such at a dealership, with also saying why would they care if they are getting the check! I told James Yoder that I was going to put this in the reviews as well. Everyone needs to be ware of this dealership. They told me one price, sent my bank another price and didn't know that I was sitting in the office. They told me how much they would give me for my trade and tried to change that up as well. For some strange reason they did not want to sell me this vehicle. I have a few reasons in mind. Does anyone else? Also James Yoder told me that he didn't feel comfortable telling me his title when clearly you can see his picture and title on their website why not James? He gave me a bogus email address for Tom. He said he was the owner but gave me jimkelley@kellyauto.com. That email address came back undeliverable I informed James of this with asking him to give me the correct one and he said no try it again. I informed him that I did try it several times and it was incorrect. He seemed to not care. It seems to be a lot of untruthfulness going on here. I have never heard of anything like this before. More
