No communication First off I had to bring my car in to have a problem fixed that they already "fixed" a week before. Then when I arrived I had to wait for my service a First off I had to bring my car in to have a problem fixed that they already "fixed" a week before. Then when I arrived I had to wait for my service advisor to get back to his office. Several people went looking for him. As I sat waiting for my car, I watched every other customer have their service advisor come out and let them know what was going on with their car. I sat there for 4 hours and Jason never came out to tell me what was going on. I finally got up to see what was going on and Jason was at lunch. Very disappointed in the service! More
