Great service. Wife has a CRV, son has a Civic and I bought my Pilot from Neal. I have had great customer service with Brad Dahl. My son goes to college 5 hours from here and we need his Civic to be reliable and safe. Brad points out any maintenance and safety issues that need to be addressed and I trust his advice and experience. I recommend others to see him for service and repairs too. He explained to me what they would be doing and what the cost would be before I handed over the keys. The wait was comfortable; I had a snack and watched HGTV in their fireplace lounge area. They also do a quick exterior wash before handing back the keys. More

At 24000 miles we are encountering an apparent issue with the oil becoming diluted with gasoline. Service Advisor Brad Dahl was very helpful and reassuring regarding this issue. the service was completed as we waited and the vehicle was even washed when it was returned to us. Service doesn't get any better than this. 5 stars! More
