GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS!!! I had an amazing experience with Tom's. I was not even sure I would qualify for a vehicle, but with Lauren's help, it was done!!!! She is truly a bl I had an amazing experience with Tom's. I was not even sure I would qualify for a vehicle, but with Lauren's help, it was done!!!! She is truly a blessing. The customer service exceeded all expectations. Lauren sent Craig, a really nice sales manager, (who has been with the company for 7 years), to pick me up an hour and a half away from the store, because I did not have a ride to the store to finalize the purchase. I was slightly uncomfortable riding with a stranger for an hour and half, but Craig was so friendly and professional, I felt like the drive was only 10 minutes long. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tom as I was finishing up with Lauren, and I can honestly say I never met a car dealership owner who was so down-to-earth. He was super friendly and spoke so highly of his employees, like they were family. I never felt pressured or like I was dealing with "used car salesmen". They were upfront about everything. I would definitely recommend Tom Hodge's to anyone looking to buy a car from the most honest, friendly, and hard-working team I have ever met!!! You will not be disappointed!!!! More

Due to a hit and run accident I found myself looking to buy a used vehicle. I had bought from Tom Hodges years ago and I asked my auto mechanic if it were his family member who he would them to and he rec buy a used vehicle. I had bought from Tom Hodges years ago and I asked my auto mechanic if it were his family member who he would them to and he recommended them as well. They worked with me and I test drove a couple of vehicles before deciding on a Chrysler Sebring. It hadn't been on the lot long and there were a couple of things I wanted checked. They immediately had their service department check it saying they wouldn't sell me anything unless they were sure it was dependable. Everything worked out well and they stayed within my budget limit, which I appreciated. Two months in the car wouldn't start and I had it taken to the service department where it was discovered that the battery was defective. They had put a new battery in at the time of purchase. But they fixed the problem with no charge to me. A friend had recently experienced the same issue with a battery they had purchased and put in themselves,so I was sure it was the battery distribution center and not Tom Hodges Auto Sales. They have been great and I even sent my friend to look for a vehicle shortly after I purchased mine. Honest, reliable and friendly....who could ask for more. More
