Excellent customer service I came in today for the first time to get my car washed and I didn't have any idea where to go. Don't buy from Tom Gill We've only had our car over a month & now it has.engine problems. The service dept could not get us in for 6 days. They also did not have a loaner for us for 6 days. This is causing us to continue to drive out car. We can't borrow a car from anyone, & will not pay for a rental because Tom Gill promised us one! This was a big selling point too btw. They were so cordial when they sold us the car, now it's like they don't care. Really sorry we bought here: possibly bought a lemon, can't get it fixed quickly, and can't get the loaner we were promised More

I have an extended warranty which covered all charges. Once I got the car home, I noticed the following: the front nose was scuffed and scratched. The tech that put the tire on seemed to be in such a hurry, they didn’t replace the valve stem cover, and they didn’t even take the time to clean the tire off before mounting it to the wheel. More

Don't get ripped off buying and then screwed in service. I bought a car from this dealership, it was not ready for sale yet but I was promised that it would be in perfect condition when ready. 2 weeks later I bought a car from this dealership, it was not ready for sale yet but I was promised that it would be in perfect condition when ready. 2 weeks later the car was still filthy, and they refused to work anymore on the car. It was a 2012 chevy for 10 grand. I asked to get a different vehicle instead and Tom Gills son told me he would have to give me the trade in value of the chevy (4k), when I had not even taken delivery of the vehicle!! After I threatened to call my bank to cancel the funds, they let me pick another vehicle. This car was also a 2012, and had the Tom Gill warranty, which is actually a big load of xxxxxxxx. The car had only been driven 2,000 miles since we bought it (we couldn't drive it for 2 months because they couldn't get the title fixed and our temp tags expired). We took it to service and they charged us 600 dollars to look at the car- what kind of warranty is that???!! They also broke our windshield trying to "test" it for leaks. There are now several cracks in the windshield and the leaks are even worse. The engine had been making a noise since we bought it and the sales person told us that was normal for the car, service told us a fan was broken and would be almost 1500 to fix! It was like that when we got it. For a business of character, they really need to look up what that word means and stop selling lemons then ripping their customers off in the service department. More
