While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving o was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving off the premises. I didn’t hit anything and called the service manager to express my concerns that this tire may have also been damaged prior to leaving the lot. I patched the tire and retuned it. They said I should have inspected the tires prior to leaving and my honesty would result in a 200 + bill. I would imagine this would have been difficult for any customer to inspect without the car being lifted. I also doubt they would have noticed if I hadn’t mentioned it since They had no inspection paperwork to share with me where their team inspected the car prior to handing off to me. All that was done was a quick walk around. It took the service manager several days to respond and when I expressed how his response would challenge future business with Tom Gill including the new car I was buying and upcoming paint job etc. (not to mention I just purchased a brand new blazer from them) I never received another response from anyone on their team after I sent this message. I then messaged the sales team letting them know I would no longer move forward with future purchase. The service manager still has not responded More
My first THANKS I would like to extend is to Jordan Holt. I had an appointment to pick up a key for my car we had just purchased. I wasn't sure what department I was suppose to be in. I came to meet with Isaiah for my key. He took care of the situation and kept me up to date on the progress. Everyone has always been very nice and professional at Tom Gill. Keep up the good work. Brought my truck in for service and was assigned Justin as an advisor...request someone else if you are sat down at his desk....RUN! Couldn't answer basic questions on recommended service, doesn't answer h as an advisor...request someone else if you are sat down at his desk....RUN! Couldn't answer basic questions on recommended service, doesn't answer his phone, has zero knowledge about service. No one KNOWS what the issue is, everything is ambiguous..."welll if it isn't that it's this and that will cost (X) amount of dollars" "but worst case scenario it could cost this".... It's a xxxxxxxx service dept and likely the POOR quality of mechanics at Tom Gill is behind it. These guys SUCK...AVOID TOM GILL CHEVY More

Do not recommend buying from them! !! I bought my Ford Expedition from them last year. It had 30k miles on it and 1 previous owner. I have gotten all required maintenance including prem !! I bought my Ford Expedition from them last year. It had 30k miles on it and 1 previous owner. I have gotten all required maintenance including premium oil changes as needed. my transmission went out last week and needs replaced. We have the lifetime powertrain warrant through Tom Gill and they said it’s covered. We were 192 miles over on ONE oil change and they just called to say they won’t cover it and I’m basically screwed. I call Ford and ask about the manufacture warranty because I’m right at 60k miles and they tell me that there was a 100k mile warranty purchased on my car by the previous owner and should have been transferred by Tom Gill when I bought it!!! It would cover the transmission but it’s voided because Tom Gill associates did not transfer it to us or even mention it! Get this, no one will call us back after requesting to speak with Tom Gill and countless voicemails and transferred calls have been made with no response. They still have my car after TWO+ weeks!! They are not in it for the customer care, that’s for sure. No one there has any compassion either. Consider this your warning. So hopefully they can take 5 minutes out of their day to respond to this? More
