The service staff is extremely friendly and go to great lengths to answer any questions I had about the "major service" I was having done to my car. My car was scheduled for a minor service and I immediate lengths to answer any questions I had about the "major service" I was having done to my car. My car was scheduled for a minor service and I immediately received a call when the dealership opened explaining that because of my mileage I was due for the major service to keep my powertrain warranty. Michael was not pushy about it in any way and explained how important it was to have it done. He was up front with the pricing and told me when to expect my car to be ready. Upon arrival, my car was still being services, but he kept me totally informed as to where they were in the process. Once the car was done, he was available for any questions or comments I may have had. I enjoy the atmosphere of Tom Gill Chevrolet...they have very friendly staff and are extremely helpful and not the normal "pushy" dealership I've dealt with before. I recommend them to any of my friends needing to purchase a car or have service. More
MICHAEL MONDAY IS AN ASSET TO THE CHEVROLET NAME. WE WERE HAVING A BAD DAY AFTER LANDED AT THE LOCAL AIRPORT AFTER A LONG TRIP. OUR CAR WHICH HAD SAT FOR A WEEK HAD A DEAD BATTERY. THE BATTERY WAS OVE WERE HAVING A BAD DAY AFTER LANDED AT THE LOCAL AIRPORT AFTER A LONG TRIP. OUR CAR WHICH HAD SAT FOR A WEEK HAD A DEAD BATTERY. THE BATTERY WAS OVER 6 YEARS OLD. WE GOT A JUMP AT THE AIRPORT AND WHEN STRAIGHT TO SEARS FOR A NEW BATTERY. THEY WERE VERY RUDE, SO WE WENT DIRECTLY ACROSS THE ROAD THE TOM GILL CHEVROLET AND SPOKE WITH MICHAEL WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR PROBLEM. HE HAD A NEW BATTERY INSTALLED RIGHT AWAY AND GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD FOR OUR 2 HOUR DRIVE HOME. I WOULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP THE MORE THAT 500% RATING IT DESERVES. More
I have been a customer of Tom Gill Chevrolet for four years and have only good things to say about my experience with the service department. All of the service advisers have treated me with care and res years and have only good things to say about my experience with the service department. All of the service advisers have treated me with care and respect. As consumers I believe we often accept a very low level of customer service, BUT I have been pleasantly surprised and delighted with the excellence and integrity with which I have been treated by Mike and all of the others in the service department. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations. There were mechanical issues with the new car I had purchased (which were not the fault of the dealership). Mike and the other service advisers, along with Jim Shrout, the service manager, were diligent in making sure everything was addressed and all things were handled to my satisfaction. They have always done what they have said they would do, and I am pleased to recommend them. More

We have been buying cars/trucks from Tom Gill since 1998! So far my husband and I have gotten 1 truck and 2 cars, my son a truck and my daughter & son-in-law a car. My son-in-law just bought my son's truck since my son got a different one. Prices were AWESOME! Service has ALWAYS been fantastic! In fact I was there last night getting my intermediate service done, and new tires for the winter (FREE through their Tire Loyalty service). More
I have been with people at this dealership for many years and very happy with them. The other day I had a little problem with the car and it had to stay at the shop over night and Mike was so nice and helpf and very happy with them. I have a lifetime warranty on my vehicle from tom gill as long as I get my service done at that location. I just called to get my oil changed and the woman on the other end informed me that the garage was g long as I get my service done at that location. I just called to get my oil changed and the woman on the other end informed me that the garage was going to be closed for another 4 days due to garage floor resurfacing. I understand that maintenance like this has to be done to their buildings, but what about the customers that are locked into having their service done there to keep their waranty? I asked the woman (who was very rude) if I could just get my oil changed at a different place and keep the waranty. The woman said "I don't know" then sat there in silence.... I asked her if she could find someoene who could answer that question. The woman said there was a "service advisor downstairs she could ask" then proceeded to hang up on me. Every experience I have ever had with tom's place has been a bad one... I don't know why Tom is letting his staff destroy his name. I will still continue to tell everyone to stay away from this place. More
I am an over the road trucker so I have very little amount of time to spend at home with my family. I went to Gills place for regular service. I drive a Chevy pick up. They tried to get me to buy brakes for my vehicle and they just put new brakes on it 3500 miles ago - at GILLs place. I asked the guy if he was trying to pull a fast one and he said that I really needed brakes. I went to the back and looked at them and they were shot. Tells me the brakes I paid for the last time I was there were never put on. What an outfit. I told them to forget me ever going back there and went to another place. cheats and liars - they acted like I was an idiot util I showed them my receipt. Then they put the brakes on fro free. More
I am so sick of driving to Tom GIll Chevrolet for "Electrical Problems" with my car! I'm sick of Tom Gill they want to keep charging me over and over and over for the same issues they didn't fix in the first place. And I keep having thermostat problems as well. I would love to be able to take this pos back and take my business elsewhere to Toyota or Honda where they make real lasting quality vehicles. I previously have had 3 different hondas and never had one problem out of them. One was a 89 accord that was my dads, I drove in HS he sold it with 300,000miles and still running. I will be lucky go get another 300 out of this pos! I hate all the sales people they are so fake, and the service sucks! More
