And non of them did except for tom gill Chevy! A kid named Mack answered the phone and said bring it And he would work it in. He got it looked at and they found it had a couple bad injectors, he warned me and said that it could need more of them after they got in there and saw the condition, he was honest he replaced only the two bad and didn't try to squeeze anymore money out of me. They got me on the road in no time so I could still make the race. They even went out of the way to pick up the parts for me that we didn't have in stock, overall tom gill is the place to go for quality and honest GM SERVICE More

I was traveling back from vacation down south in the middle of the night, I had about 3.5 hours left to go and my traverse stalled out. It would not restart. I called AAA and got it towed to the nearest dealership which was Tom Gill. I got a hotel room for me and my 3 kids right next door, at 7 am when they opened and talked to a very energic young man named Mack. He didn't skip a beat got my car in took my phone number, and told me to "head back to the hotel and relax that he's got it from here. And I will get you back on the road and home in no time at all!" Literally he had my car checked and had a new fuel pump put in and had me done by 830. I could not believe how amazing it was, I had already checked with the hotel to extend the check out time, thinking it was going to be an all day thing. It was all covered under warranty. And hands down the best service I have ever received. The kid really did care and just want everyone to know that tom Gill Chevrolet, is an amazing place to go! More
Do not Go to the Service Department at Tom Gill Bought the car a couple weeks ago. It threw an emissions code, so my sales guy made up a due bill to have it fixed. I went and dropped off the car and Bought the car a couple weeks ago. It threw an emissions code, so my sales guy made up a due bill to have it fixed. I went and dropped off the car and had a sinking feeling that something was going to happen to it. It did. The Service Department said everything would be fine with it, but they had to take to Chrysler to have it serviced. Anyway, they were unable to get it into Chrysler until a week later. I went ahead and called to tell them I wanted the car in my possession until it was due to be worked on by Chrysler. I go to pick up the car and there is a dent in my $24,000 car on the driver side door. I tell them it wasn't there before, but they argued with me and claimed that they had made note of it before I handed the car over to them. Before I took it in, I knew it had a scratch that was fairly noticeable, but definitely no dents in the door or anywhere on the car. My eye went directly to the dent when they pulled up the car. I asked that they at least take responsibility for it. They did not. Now I have a car I paid $24,000 for that has a dent from Tom Gill's Service Department that I haven't even owned for more than a month. The most frustrating thing is their director, Tim Gortz, was very rude and short with me on the phone when I was trying to resolve the issue. Being rude doesn't help and it's lost you a customer. You can buy a car from here, but DO NOT get your car serviced here, as they don't care for other's property. More
Absolutely amazing I just bought a Cruz from the dealership about a month ago, I stopped to put gas in the car at a nearby gas station, and when I came out my tire was f I just bought a Cruz from the dealership about a month ago, I stopped to put gas in the car at a nearby gas station, and when I came out my tire was flat. I call the service dept and asked what I should do. Without hesitation a young man named Mack came to my rescue, he showed up in his own personal car filled up my tire and followed me down the street to the dealer. He checked me in repaired my tire (apparently I ran over a nail) and got me back on the road. The customer service was absolutely amazing and for that reason Tom Gill has made himself a customer for life. More
Horrible Customer Service After purchasing a new Equinox from Tom Gill we were told that with the "Tom Gill Advantage" we were to receive our first 4 oil changes at no cost. Wh After purchasing a new Equinox from Tom Gill we were told that with the "Tom Gill Advantage" we were to receive our first 4 oil changes at no cost. When we took the vehicle in for our 4th service we had reached 26k miles. We were told that they would not honor the 4th maintenance because we were over 24k miles. We explained to them that our first time trying to get in for our 6k service we had to wait over a week for an appointment and in that time we went over 7k miles due to a planned trip. This first service then set our proceeding services back. We were told we would have to pay $130 for an oil change in lieu of the free one we were owed. I spoke to a service manager and after several minutes of conversation was eventually laughed at and when I then lost my temper was hung up on. I would NEVER recommend Tom Gill Chevrolet to anyone after this experience. I was lied to by a sales person when I bought the vehicle and then not given any respect by the service department. More

Loyal Customer w/ Horrible Experience! Our family had purchased our vehicle with Tom Gill several years ago; and always have had Tom Gills service department do any routine maintenance with Our family had purchased our vehicle with Tom Gill several years ago; and always have had Tom Gills service department do any routine maintenance without issue. In the end of January, the heater in the vehicle had stopped working; so we had taken it to Tom Gill to get repairs. We were called to pick-up the vehicle;with the heater blower only working on MED-HIGH, LOW would still not blow any air. Once we confronted them it only working on MED-HIGH; they had told us this would be extra. We could not afford any more repairs; as they already were charging us several hundred dollars. AND FINALLY....WHAT REALLY MADE THIS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Before we left we were told not to roll down the window as it would not roll back up. THE WINDOW HAD WORKED 100% BEFORE GOING TO TOM GILL!! I spoke to the service manager and he was unwilling to help saying they did not open the window panel. ** I contacted Tom Gill directly and addressed the issue, very politely and professionally; only to get immediate push back and was rude to me; saying there must be some coincidence. He had told me he would look into this and call me back. ONE WEEK LATER he had finally called me back only to tell me that he would not be able to help as his staff were not servicing near the window and their must be a coincidence. I had asked him to consider just taking a look just in case it was something very minor; and to keep in mind we are a loyal and returning customer; even purchasing the vehicle from him!! CONSISTENTLY UNWILLING TO HELP IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOM GILL AS HE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS CUSTOMERS!!!! More

I came in yesterday to pick up my vehicle and after almost twenty minutes did I finally get my car. The receptionist Janet had no clue what she was doing or even where my car was at. We've been going to Tom Gill for a very long time and I would have to say this was the worst experience out of all of them. More
