I recently visited Tom Gill (Florence) for a simple oil change, expecting to be in and out within 30ā45 minutes. Unfortunately, the entire process ended up taking two full hours, which was beyond frustrati change, expecting to be in and out within 30ā45 minutes. Unfortunately, the entire process ended up taking two full hours, which was beyond frustrating. The staff was polite, but the wait time was excessive, especially considering this was a routine service. There was no clear communication about the delay, and I had to keep asking for updates. The waiting area was decent, but after two hours, even the most comfortable chairs start to feel unbearable. When the job was finally done, the oil change itself seemed fine, but the long wait overshadowed everything. Unless you have time to kill, Iād recommend finding a place that values efficiency. More

My sales guy Ryan Harkins was great. Very honest and upfront with me about everything. My issue is that I bought the car, had it less than 48 hours and the engine light came on. I could have just brought it back but I didn't because they bragged about their powertrain warranty. I thought for sure it would be taken care of. It took a week to get it into the shop and they wanted me to pay them $195 upfront to just tell me what OnStar had already told me, it needs a airflow sensor. This is not a good way to treat a new customer. More

Interaction with Stephanie was absolutely beyond anything I have ever experienced in the 11 years I have been a customer. There was a situation with a mix up in my identity. Iāve never been made to feel like I did something wrong and that Iām stupid in the way Stephanie made me feel. Iāve never been treated so awful at Tom Gill or in my life by anyone until today. This definitely makes me not want to ever purchase from TG again. Her body language and facial expressions and tone was highly inappropriate to be in the assistant service manager position.
