I recently visited Tom Gill (Florence) for a simple oil change, expecting to be in and out within 30–45 minutes. Unfortunately, the entire process ended up taking two full hours, which was beyond frustrati change, expecting to be in and out within 30–45 minutes. Unfortunately, the entire process ended up taking two full hours, which was beyond frustrating. The staff was polite, but the wait time was excessive, especially considering this was a routine service. There was no clear communication about the delay, and I had to keep asking for updates. The waiting area was decent, but after two hours, even the most comfortable chairs start to feel unbearable. When the job was finally done, the oil change itself seemed fine, but the long wait overshadowed everything. Unless you have time to kill, I’d recommend finding a place that values efficiency. More

I could have just brought it back but I didn't because they bragged about their powertrain warranty. I thought for sure it would be taken care of. It took a week to get it into the shop and they wanted me to pay them $195 upfront to just tell me what OnStar had already told me, it needs a airflow sensor. This is not a good way to treat a new customer. More
