Simply Amazing I worked with Bryan Wainscott and he was just made my experience great. I had been looking at some buy here pay here places when my dad insisted I com I worked with Bryan Wainscott and he was just made my experience great. I had been looking at some buy here pay here places when my dad insisted I come try to get a car at Tom Gill because they have always had great experiences there. We pulled up to the lot and I found the car I wanted. After getting my information Bryan explained in detail about credit scores, different options, and customizations I could have for my car. He answered answered all the questions my dad, my fiancée, and I had. He had the car pulled around so I could test drive it and then we pulled over so my dad and I could inspect the car and look under the hood. Bryan made sure we were aware any scratches or anything of the nature were factored into the price. Then came a little more tedious part. Waiting for the finance part. I was a little nervous but we were reassured by Bryan everything was doing well and he continually kept us updated. We were approved and I got to drive my 2013 Malibu with amazing interior off the lot. Bryan was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He made sure I knew everything that was going on during the financing process. He also showed me all the different settings and functions on my car in detail which I really appreciated because it would have taken me awhile. I recommend anyone to come to Tom Gill and at least try to finance or buy straight out from them. You will truly get the best customer experience and customer respect ever!
