We told him what we were looking for and the price we hoped to pay. He listened and tried to help us accomplish this goal. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and it was very busy. Bill was pulled in many directions but remained friendly and attentive. Other employees - at least 5! - also stopped by to ask if we were being taken care of and if we wanted a drink or anything...including Tom Gill himself! We would definitely rate Tom Gill and Bill Loftus as excellent in customer service. We love our new 2016 Cruze! More

We brought our two children and they were treated like family by Rino and the dealerships employees. I was impressed with the amount of cars in stock we could test drive. Tom Gill Chevrolet is very honest and upfront with any car on their lot! We were given a full breakdown of all the services that were performed on the truck and also Mike explained everything in full detail and was very professional and understanding. I have bought other cars at other dealerships and by the experience we had last night I will only ever go to Mike at Tom Gill now. He wen above and beyond what he needed to do to help us go home with a truck last night and it did not go unnoticed! More

What a Wonderful Experience I have been emailing Douglas Garrett for about a month on different vehicles and really liked what I was hearing about the dealership. So my wife and I decided to make the 2 hour drive to talk with Douglas at Tom Gills and were we ever so glad we did. They had a very good selection of the vehicle that we was looking for and long and behold they had the exact color of Lt. Blue that she had been trying to find. So when we started talking about purchasing the vehicle we had no pressure at all in making our decision. Douglas was very good about letting us talk it over and make our own decision on it. Was this ever a nice experience no pressure and no one trying to tell us what we wanted. I know that when I get ready to purchase again I'm going to look up Douglas at Tom Gills and save myself a lot of time and frustration.
