We had a car picked out and financing ready to go within the first hour we arrived. Unfortunately, the "paperwork" process took 3 additional hours and we were there much longer than I believe we should have been (11 AM to 3PM). This was not Steve's fault. Tom Gill needs to either add more finance resources to his team for Saturdays or find some way to stream line the process with the existing team he has. Long day, but happy with the end result. More

He accomplished what I, the customer, needed as far as price of the vehicle and truly explaining the whole car buying process to me step by step, letting me know why each decision was made and what the dealership would do for me. Charles was very patient w/me and did his very best to get me the most reasonable deal on the vehicle as possible. His treatment towards me was more than excellent and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends! Just making a customer feel welcome and at ease, without feeling like they are getting "ripped off", is the most important aspect of buying a car, in my opinion, and Charles and your dealership definitely accomplished that!!!!!!!!!!!!!
